Good eating later on. I do know first hand the work that goes into this process. I have done lots of tomatoes this year and peaches but not too much else. I have bottles to empty of past failures when we thought we’d love plums and they were not a family favorite. Well the men are here to put in my new windows so I’m going to watch the process.

I did fruit mix yesterday, of pears peaches, and grapes. I only have a few more pears left to do, and I got peaches and grapes to go with them. One more day and I will be done. I regret not getting started soon enough that I could have gotten early fruit. I have not done near as much as you are doing, however.
It is a real joy to have new fruit in my jars, and stock my cupboards.
