Today Sterling said the cleverest things.

Walking out the door he could hear a train approaching.  Yelling at full volume he screams, “can you hear me train?  Can you hear me?”  The train replied with a loud blasting horn.  Sterling happily says to himself, “the train can hear me!”  So sweet.  Amazing to me, Sterling loves trains, but for the past 9-12 months he has been afraid to be outside when the trains are going by.  To have him happily go out when a train is honking, and to talk to the train is pretty cool.

This morning Sterling told me “I pound (found) it outside.  I am going to keep it poreber (forever).”  I am not sure what he found, but it was important to him.
