Saturday was the first hot day and we ventured out for an afternoon on the lake. The lake was BUSY! The kids thought the water was cold, but compared to the hot sun, the water was refreshing. The tramp takes over 30 minutes to pump up. The kids played on the hotdog and Hyrum kept them happy while Ammon got the trampoline filled. It was a fun afternoon, even Bridget was brave and tried out the toys and the water.
Happy Father’s Day! The Primary kids sang two songs to the dads at Church. Kimball seemed to sing all the words, Calvin sang quite dramatically on a lot of the parts, and Logan smiled and just stood there singing a few of the lines! It was pretty cute.
It looks like the tramp was a great success, although 30 minutes is long blow up time. Everyone looks like they are having fun.
It was a hot one on Saturday, a perfect day to go to the lake! I cannot wait for the fourth of July weekend because I have a feeling we might be going to the lake if Breezy and Chan have anything to say about it:-)
